Registration
$130
- Each additional sibling is $65.
- Price increases by $50 after June 1, 2026.
- Scholarships are available (see below).
Equipment Deposit
$40
- Refunded when all equipment is returned.
- The deposit is not covered by a scholarship.
Volunteer Deposit
$40
- Refunded after 3 volunteer sessions.
- The deposit is not covered by a scholarship.
Scholarships
In an effort to give all youth an opportunity to play football, Ephrata Youth Football offers scholarships. The scholarship covers the cost of registration, but the recipient is still responsible for the Equipment and Volunteer Deposits.

Registration Instructions & Forms
- Fill out the registration form, taking care to complete all required items.
- You will have the option to include (optional) insurance from TeamSnap.
- Choose your payment option: Pay in full or pay deposit and biweekly payments.
- All Players must submit a copy of their birth certificate.
- All players must submit a completed Player Contract and Physical Form before practice.
