Registration

• All players are required to submit an RRFL Player Contract and Physical Form before the player is allowed on the practice field. If you did not submit a form during registration, please select it below and submit it with all required signatures. Forms can be emailed to lara.paparo@gmail.com.

 

• If you would like to apply for a scholarship, select the form below and mail or email the completed form to ephratayouthfootball@gmail.com no later than June 30.
